Endover Volta Lofts refresh

The Background

The historical Volta factory building is undergoing a contemporary makeover that will combine its authentic industrial exterior with a timelessly stylish loft interiors. The client being the most renowned developer in Estonia, they had quite high standards the website needed to meet.

The Challenge

We had already made an award winning website for Volta lofts and the question was: do we upgrade it a bit or do we start over. As Volta quarter is mixed-use then we took that over and mixed it. We took different styles and modules from the old website and made a lot of new ones. As a result, the new Volta web still has the best and potential award winning look and is very functional. The challenge is not over yet because there a lot of new ideas to implement as the quarter in the middle of Tallinn is growing.

What we learned

Real estate market is very rapid and we as a developers have to adapt and react to constant changes and needs. Being agile is the key!
